What is MakerHub?*

We are Baruch’s resident makerspace for technology, design and entrepreneurship. We are a hub for learning, playing and making using robotics, circuit technology, 3D printers, as well as low-tech creative things like Legos, Play Doh, origami, and more.

*MakerHub is supported by Baruch College Student Technology Fees.

What is a makerspace?

A makerspace is a place where  people can collaborate or work on individual projects. People of all backgrounds and experience levels are welcome. Makerspaces can be part of a course or an extracurricular activity. Across the world, there are many makerspaces which occur in different types of spaces and include various technology, materials and users.

How to get involved with the MakerHub

We welcome Baruch students of all skill levels, majors and backgrounds to join us at our workshops, Pop Up Makerspace and competitions. See below for our events through March 2017 and for other ways you can get involved.
