Three Passions

I have always been passionate about a variety of things. However, I never acknowledged them. They were sort of just there, and I believe that as I got older they changed or evolved. I have come to understand that I have and have had long-term and short-term passions. It has helped me realize what my true passions are. My three principal passions are traveling, garnering success, and happiness.

Traveling has always been a long-term passion for me. At a young age, I developed an interest in world history because my older sister was obsessed with it and would make me watch documentaries with her. After learning about numerous countries, I started realizing how cool it would be to be able to travel to these countries. I could learn so much about them if I go and learn from the people.

Success can not be measured and differs for every person. Success for me is getting a job I enjoy (long term) and being financially secure to the point where I can buy myself all the things I dreamed of having from a young age. As well as help others. I have noticed that many wealthy people bask in their wealth and let it sit around instead of donating it to charity or being philanthropists who seek to help those in need. I always told myself that when I am wealthy, I will balance my money effectively and do everything in my power to help others.

Happiness is something I have always been passionate about. I have always strived for happiness and the happiness of those who surround me. I always look back at my happy memories and wonder if I ever was truly happy. I believe that when I was a child I was, and I aspire to have that same level of happiness now that I am older.

Passions can vary for every single person. Yet, I believe that people have more passions than they think. Passions that they share with others and haven’t been able to recognize. It is entirely normal since sometimes it is hard to understand oneself. Those passions, whether you acknowledge them or not, will always live inside of you and guide you through your decisions in life.

  1. I think that success and happiness are very important passions to have in life. i also believe that we all have a lot of things that we are passionate about.

  2. I also have a passion for travelling for similar reasons. I used to watch nature documentaries with my brother which really got me invested into travelling to National Parks and places of nature.
