State and federal taxes will remain, however, we want people to be able to allocate the rest of their taxed income to the federal institutions of their choosing.
In regards to the legal system, we wish that all people be held accountable for their crimes, regardless of arbitrary differences, and that all sentences that are dealt out be proportionate to the crime committed. We wish that all citizens receive equal opportunity in terms of education and employment, regardless of arbitrary differences. That being said, employment shall be decided based only on how qualified an individual is for that position.

I like your 6th point, but I feel it might be a bit unrealistic as there should still be regulations to be in place in order to be able to decrease monopolies as well as the alliance of certain companies in a free market. Though the idea of one that could exist is always exciting, yet one that seems to be daunting.
I found your first point to be very interesting. I think that it would be beneficial for citizens to be allowed to choose where their taxed income goes to. Much of our tax dollars go to places that are way overfunding while other sectors receive very little funding. Having this system allows for us to make a real change in our neighborhoods and cities.
