ENG 2150- Hormesis/Stress Writing Exercise
For the writing hormesis/stress exercise, I decided to go for a run. I would say that after my run, there was not much of an improvement in the quality of my thoughts/writing. Actually, my focus sort of drifted away from my writing. I think this is because I’m just not used to writing after working out or running so my thoughts were not on my writing but on something else. But, my thoughts and worries about other things were actually clear during my run so I think if I actually practiced writing after working out and running, there could be a possible improvement in the quality of my writing.
