If your body is a temple, Angelica Kitchen serves nothing but farm-fresh goods, which means their specials change daily, weekly, and seasonally. It is an alcohol-free zone but they do serve delicious natural drinks, including grain coffee with rice milk, juices, lemonades, and teas (with your first tea refill free!)

For flakey, buttery biscuits any time of day (seriously, they’re open 24/7) this is your spot. While you can’t get alcohol here, their slogan boasts that they are open for “Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Drunk” and is within drunk walking distance of many East Village and Alphabet City bars.
