Is that a camel on the side of the road? Why yes it is. One of the few things I LOVE about Israel is the random markets and attractions that you can find while passing through towns. My parents and I were on our way to Tel Aviv (which has the best nightlife) for dinner and I started screaming in the car to pull over because I saw the camel and I’m secretly obsessed with them (not a secret anymore). When we pulled over I realized I was too scared to even come near it because they like spitting on people and I wasn’t about to be one of its victims. The camel belonged to the man who was selling handmade jewelry on the side of the road. It’s things like this that made me fall in love with Israel and believe that the place is full of culture and unique attractions.
