November Elections

Hey guys, I’m into politics and would like to open the Pandora’s box… 🙂 Let’s talk about politics, I’ve been living in NYC for about three years, and I consider myself to be a Republican due to the fact that I’m cheap (in the good sense of the word.) I’m very meticulous in what involves spending money that I do not have, which according to what I’ve seen in these four years of President Obama is not going to lead us to any good place in the future. Please feel free to comment on my blog and share your ideas.

That shouldn’t be a reason to be a republican that sounds like a bad thing. I’m a democrat and that because they are going in a positive direction with there social agendas. Republicans have made our debt worse every time they have been in office for that last three decades I’m not just saying that you could look it up. I’m voting for Obama because in his second term he could actually get things done without worrying about being re-elected for a second term and he has Bill Clinton on his side who- despite his past transgression did give us a brief golden age known as the 90’s which you probably grew up in. When thinking about a political party and who you should vote for ask what they could do for everybody not what they could just do for you, nobody is going to get anywhere thinking like that.

Hi, thanks for your comment. I have to agree with you in one thing that you said, which is that “Bill Clinton did give us brief golden age known as the 90’s”. However, former president Clinton is not Obama. The fact that Mr. Clinton is supporting Obama doesn’t mean that Barack Obama will do everything that Clinton tells him to do. Firstly, Clinton would have never taken the choice to raise our national debt up to $5 trillion in 4 years. Secondly, Clinton created a few thousands of job during his first 4 years in Office. On the contrary, there are 3 million more unemployed people since Obama took office about 4 years ago. I understand that Obama took the country with an unbalance budget and a financial crisis that was just starting. However, I don’t think the approach that Obama has taken during these four years is going to take to any good place in the future. What we really need is someone who understands how the economy works and supports capitalism, private sector and invest in technology and energy. When I say these things, I’m not only thinking for myself, but for the next generations that are coming with dream and goals. Keep in mind that these factors (capitalism, private sector, ect) have been the main reasons why the US is the most powerful country in the world.
