During the course of theses few months, I now have better understanding of where I stand in the creative field. I still stick to my bases, I like works that show energy. As long as the audience can feel the energy I try to convey through my piece, I have achieved more than I felt I was capable of a few months ago. Blending the element of fantasy and reality, I found that most interesting to me. My art is definitely quirky and maybe not be everyones cup of tea. But it is an expression of how I felt at a particular time and who I am as a person. It is the energy I want my audience to feel and inspire from.  There is a struggle for freedom of expression and a lot of people feel the necessity to suppress that, but it’s okay to speak your mind. If you feel a particular way at this given moment, document it! I do a lot of that with just the camera on my smartphone, I document things that I feel like I could use later for my freedom of expression.  But to keep everything light hearted, I like to throw in a little humor because that the same time, life should be fun and nothing should be taken too seriously!
