We are losing our ability to think critically and generate our own ideas. This is hurting our ability to read and write, and destroying our grip on the written word. This trend has been growing since the 1960s, and the Internet was the catalyst that turned a slow moving trend and accelerated it, showing us what our future would be: less literate, less original, and less creative.
