Some might believe that Covid-19 may have permanently changed our lifestyles and business operations in ways we’ve resisted, and some of these could be quite beneficial. However, this is a misleading point due to the lack of reasoning and evidence to stand. Jack Zenger (2020) cites an example where many managers are cautious and allow employees to work from home. Many people realize that employees in certain jobs can increase productivity in this way. Nothing is more satisfying than avoiding long commutes. They have no chance to get angry when they start work, do not bring emotions into work, and often devote their previous commuting time to work. Later, Jack Zenger (2020) mentioned that another benefit is the reduction of necessary office space. Admittedly, this is not good for the commercial real estate market, but it can greatly reduce the company’s management burden. Regarding the environment, if the number of people working at home increases, the number of people using cars for travel will be greatly reduced, and exhaust emissions will also be greatly reduced. This will be an excellent way to solve our serious traffic congestion problem. Of course, air pollution has also been greatly reduced.
