Writing has never been my strongest skill and this is something I always want to keep to myself but since I have a whole page to write about myself, I will share a little bit. Perhaps you did not know this but my name is Luz Elena Moya, known at Baruch as Luz Revueltas (maiden name). I was born in Cartagena, a tropical city located in the northern coast of Colombia in the Caribbean Coast. This city keeps the wonderful stories of my childhood and most part of my adolescence.
Coming to New York has been a big challenge and I do not regret this decision. This city has introduced me a new language, a new culture, new ways of thinking, easy access to best technology, a career opportunity and a job that I love. I am currently majoring in Psychology and minoring in Information Technology and Social Responsibility and I look forward to graduating next year.
I had a good experience in this class, even though I became frustrated many times with the readings and the assignments, it was worth it. I have to recognize that everything I learned in this class was new to me and I am happy that I was able to bring out my creative side to create this project.
