On October 14, 2011, Heng Wu and Tek Maraseni participated in a web call led by Justin Johnson, Board Member of The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) and Deputy Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation, while they were on their internship in Chicago. The topic of Mr. Johnson’s presentation was RGGI: Carbon – A Market Based Approach.
