The main secret which nobody will tell you never is hidden here. When my brother went to the army (in ex Soviet Union) I was 8. Even though he was very skinny the first 3 month he was starving. I remember when we came to see him and he was so hungry that he eat sugar and bread that we bought around the corner. However, after 3 month his body adopted to the new circumstances, so he stopped starving. During his service they ran 30 KM (20miles) not stop, with full equipment (20-40LB) and everyone could at the end of the run completely disassemble and assemble back the machinegun within 40-60 seconds, with shaking hands.
After he came back from service I remember that day I was 10 y.o. My mom gave us a soup and mashed potato with few meatballs. He was unable to finish everything. Actually it turned out that his 10 years old brother(me) eat more! Later he got back to normal(or not normal) and were eating like everybody else.
When I came to US at 25 y.o I was able to finish only half of Macdonald’s sandwich when I was super hungry. Now I could easily swallow a full piece. So I would assume that normally human body needs twice less food than they serve here in US. Do not eat too much! Remember, all kinds of sicknesses comes from over eating.
Eat a piece and stop for 20 minutes- you won’t eat anymore. Eat more soups and try to avoid sandwiches. Drink only plain water(tap water is perfectly fine, don’t buy bottled water. PepsiCo and Coca-Cola owns 70% of bottled water business(under different brands) and often if you look on the bottle with polar bear – it says ”from municipal sources’” – basically tap water. I feel so bad that this business grows 10% each year and children prefer bottled water too, because they led to believe that they get exceptional quality water (by the way, without fluoride bottled water destroys their tooth).
Also, there are many ways fasting for hours and even 3 days. It is useful for the system if you do it properly. Remember, starvation is a medicine against any sickness.
