Basically the main ingredients of the soup is potato and onion. So, very basic soup would be salted potato boiled with the onion for 1-2 hours, until onion almost falls apart. These ingredients has to be always present, unless you use instead of potato beans or green peace etc. So you can add any vegetables of your choice – carrots, pepper, mushroom, broccoli, tomato, pickles, rice, eggs, macaroni, beets, green peace etc. The more kinds you use- the better taste. Also you can buy readymade soups and mix them together for better choice.
