Journal of a Plague Year: Telling Our Stories about Teaching During the Pandemic

July 14, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am EDT

This will be a place to recap our experiences teaching during the pandemic and think about our methods going forward. We’ll introduce some perspectives in narrative and trauma-informed pedagogy and generate low-stakes reflection, with the storytelling approach of the popular website A Journal of the Plague Year as an example. The purpose of this conversation is to validate your experience, whatever it was. Let’s connect in solidarity about the complexities of the time and learn more about each other.
