Charge

In Fall 2024, the FAC will:

  • Analyze the programming and priorities of the CTL and BLSCI
  • Examine the CTLs of peer and aspirant schools to benchmark and identify potential opportunities
  • Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment to identify faculty needs and desires for instructional development support

In Spring 2025, informed with the Fall semester research data, they will:

  • Support the development of a strategic plan for the POP as well as for the CTL/BLSCI

Faculty Needs Assessment Survey

The FAC’s faculty needs assessment survey is now live. Please complete it before the end of the Fall 2024 semester.

In this survey, we’re hoping to learn directly from faculty: what has been your experience of working with the CTL and BLSCI, and what do you most need as we move forward? Your responses will directly impact the CTL’s pedagogical programming going forward. Thank you in advance.
