My name is David Jimenez and a student at Baruch College who is pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration. A bilingual speaker, speaking Spanish and English. As Spanish is my native language growing up in a Dominican household. I have taken many business-related courses that mirror the working field.
For instance, taking my Business 2000 class exposed me to working with a group of individuals with different backgrounds and upcoming to do research and proposal on a vaccine company called Moderna comparing and analyzing the market size of the vaccine industry along with the correlation of compition. Another example would be my (CIS) information systems and technologies course, which involved me in learning the fundamentals of Excel and Access as well as understanding how a database works and designing one from scratch.
As part of an immigrant family, the third generation in my family pursuing a higher education with the goal to get a Master’s in Business Administration. I pride myself on being detail-oriented, analytical, and driven. Inaddtion, a team player willing to be flexible to accommodate the work environment around me. Lastly, with the skills I have obtained through college courses and overall physical work experiences; I am firm that I’m highly capable to be part of a marketing team.
