ENG 2150 Writing Hormesis

For this exercise, I reused the topic from writing mimesis which was how working hard in the short term brings comfort in the long term. After 10 minutes of writing regularly, I left my air conditioned room and went downstairs. I did some dynamic stretches and then ran some rounds on the punching bag. Then, I continued writing for another 10 minutes.

In comparing the writing from before and after exercising, I did not notice much of a difference in how the words came out. Perhaps one thing would be that I started to write faster. I think that maybe because my heartrate was faster, and that means blood was flowing smoother, I could get my thoughts out onto the paper faster too. Other than that, the style of writing remained the same.
