ENRICHMENT WORKSHOP
The enrichment workshop was, for lack of a better phrase, a unique experience. Our FRO group gathered at the Mishkin gallery to view works by Theresa Bernstein. Our guide was nice enough to quickly (but thoroughly) explain most of her art pieces that were on display; most of which I really enjoyed and thought were beautiful. The visit to the gallery made me really think about my own (college) decision choices. Before choosing to attend Baruch, I almost became an art major. I started an art portfolio freshman year and continued to work on it throughout high school. During the end of junior year, however, I decided that art school was not for me. After seeing Bernstein’s art works being displayed, I felt a bit regretful not going to art school, but it’s a bit too late for that now.
