Salmon cooked on pan with either Pam or a little virgin oil. Before you cook the salmon let it sit in room temperature for about 15 mins. Use a timer and cook one side for 4 mins and the other side for 3 mins on low medium (preferably low but not too low). I used lemon pepper and oregano leaves. Next is quinoa. Quinoa is a very awesome super grain. It’s high in protein an zero sugar. I cook half a cup on a stove pot and for every amount of quinoa you double the amount of water. Topped with cilantro, half an avocado, and one roma tomato. Depending on how much Salmon, this is a $3-$5 meal tops.

All vegetables can be purchased at Trader Joes. They come organic and made. It is about 30 calories per serving and zero fat. I add spinach for extra flavor. Also, the juice is amazing. Juice spinach, carrots, cucumbers, and light apple for sweetness. It’s truly a healthy bomb drink. Incorporate these meals into your life!
