Awesome snack for early in the day or afternoon. I used Trader Joes multigrain pita crackers with whole wheat and flax. A slice of banana and to top it off is almond butter. It’s a great choice for carbs and may help raise good cholesterol and contains a good amount of unsaturated fats, proteins, and fiber. Some study shows that it may help raise your metabolism because it is considered acidic. Two tbsp is 190 calories, so yes, it’s possible to have too much fun. Moderation is key. Enjoy!
