There are a few ways to integrate Artstor images into your posts. If you “Generate Image URL” on Artstor you are provided with a URL and HTML text to link to the image. To insert the Artstor images in different ways see below.
URL: If you ‘Insert the URL’ through the “Add Media” button on the Post screen (on Left above content entry) you will get a link like the one below. If you have pop-up blocking deactivated, the link will connect you to an image viewer hosted by Artstor that allows you to view the image.
HTML: If you copy paste the html code provided by Artstor it will produce an image/link (seen below). You must do the copy/paste in the “Text” editor window on the Post page (on Right above content entry) and you also must have pop-up blocking deactivated.
Another option: Embed a screenshot of the image into your post.
Visit the Artstor site and view the image. Take a screenshot. It is optional but it might be best to then edit and crop the Screenshot (in a basic image viewer on your computer) so that only the image is visible. Then, embed your screenshot into the page (seen below). Add the image to the post through the “Add Media” button on the Post screen (on Left above content entry). On the “Add Media” screen select “Insert media” and upload the file from you computer. On this page you can also add captions and titles.
