David Ciborowski

Hello, my name is David Ciborowski. I am a freshman at Baruch and live in Queens. I went to Maspeth High School before Baruch and started many new hobbies from it, including dunking, working out, and wrestling. These are my favorite hobbies since they all correspond to each other in some ways, since working out helps me improve in both dunking and wrestling. I went from not being athletic at all in the beginning of high school to motivating not only myself but my friends as well to push themselves to be the best they can be. Dunking was the first hobby that stood out to me in high school because I remember only being able to touch the backboard and I always wondered the feeling of dunking, so I set my mind to it for a couple years and achieved my goal. To this day I still continue to push myself to see how far I can go and what I can accomplish.

A little about me – Daniel Ivezic

Hello, My name is Daniel Ivezic, I am a 16 year old Freshman at Baruch college, I graduated High school a year a half early, I am majoring in CIS at the moment. I also love everything about computers, I am a techy kind of guy. I recently built my own computer. I am familiar with all the parts within a computer and I also like video games. It all started off as me being a gamer, I got my first console when I was 9, and since then gaming has been a thing of mine. Then because of gaming I got into computers, everything about them interests me hence my major. This photo represents me because its a gaming computer but its not only the fact that it can game, its the fact of building it, knowing the parts in it, and knowing software’s within the system itself.

Alex T. Wong

My name is Alex Wong and I am currently a sophomore working towards a degree in Marketing Management. This image illustrates a foggy San Francisco night and a light trail of cars rushing across the Bay Bridge in a simple context. However, in a personal context, this image represents my love for traveling, photography, and the my first attempt at long exposure photography with my first camera. I consider photography an artistic expression that shares a story without the diction and rhetoric used in writing. But, I enjoy photography because of the thrill of working and editing to get a specific shot. Then in the end, I can look at it with pride and share the story behind the photo I personally took and edited.

Darian Chan

Hello, what are you doing here? I’m boring sometimes and bored almost all the time. Nevertheless, my name is Darian Chan. I just began my college experience after taking a break from school to join the military. Yes, it was the most grueling and fun experience I’ve had so far. I like being free and not giving a care in the world most of the time, so I chose to represent myself with a mischievous cat who purposely knocks over a cup. My personality is quite similar to cats because being lazy is often in my life style. If I have nothing better to do, I’d be laying in bed and watching shows all day long. However, I can be really productive if I’m doing things I’m interested in and I know when to get serious. Not that I literally knock things over, but I envy how cats always receive unconditional love from their owners regardless of what they have done. That’s because they are cute and fluffy. But, I agree with that. They are too precious of a fluff ball to punish. I can’t wait to have my own cat in the future and watch shows with her all day long.  I love cats. Oh, I also like boxes too.

Shum C. Wu Chen

Hello everyone. My name is Shum, Marines call me Wu Chen or “Wooch”, and friends call me Willy. I recently separated from the Marine Corps and came home to New York back in May. As you can see from the image posted, I really enjoy cycling. The ability to hope on a machine and take yourself somewhere with your own two legs is pretty amazing. The ride is relaxing and feeling the wind hit your skin makes life a little more enjoyable. Whenever the weather permits, lets go on a ride together!
