My last final project I want to do something different. I don’t want video record people talk anymore. I want to observe something like people’s body language, when it’s natural. I want to observe the sky and think what it just did and how it made us feel. To Or just a dog/cat drinking water. In my past two project I had people act out a little play. I think I achieved my goal of what I wanted people to see and understand. Now I want to shoot something and to set a tone to it and see people’s reaction.

Focusing on space and scenes without people will give you a great opportunity to push editing, sequence and timing further. Consider alternating between using a tripod and using a hand held approach. And watch that your hand held approach is purposeful (and not excessively a rocky ride). I don’t get a sense too much from the above on your subject, but they sound like the moments in between things. Or the incidental. Look at whatever footage you have started with and brainstorm to think about how you could describe that and build the rest of your footage in relation to that idea.
