Fast food restaurants in America are so commonly accepted. Many people like to eat their lunch in a fast food restaurant because of its conviniency and cheap price. However, Chinese people today still consider KFC or McDonald’s as western restaurants with fast food. The difference is that Chinese people go there because of their wish to eat burgers and fries, and enjoy a western fast food meal, but not for convenience. It’s the only place you can get fried chicken, fries and burgers. And this is the change to fast food’s identity after it spread to China. And I have also mentioned the change in products. The burger’s recipe had changed and new Chinese style products had been added.
