Just wondering how they’re going to pull this off.
I’ve always known that Billy Elliot was a musical, but I hadn’t really thought about it before. In my mind, Billy was all the more unique because all the people in his life were bland and led boring lives that were going nowhere. His dancing and appreciation for the arts made him stand out. But in a musical, everyone sings and dances, which may take away from the importance of Billy’s family and environment situation.
