I attended the freshman reception because it was the first workshop to be offered. I figured that I might as well attend because we need to go to these workshops. Apparently it was way more crowded than expected and there was not enough room for everyone. We were then split into smaller rooms and spoken to. I learned about core classes we needed to take and what GPA’s were needed for the different parts of Baruch. Overall it was a hectic, yet informative experience.
