stress relaxation techniques

this was the last possible personal enrichment workshop and that is one of the main reasons i went. but aside from that, i also tend to get stressed out easily so it was good for me to go. i walked into the multi-purpose room and it was filled with students. a lot were older but there were some freshman here and there. there was masseur giving massages in one corner and there was a wall of food on the other side. the workshop was sponsored by hillel and the health and wellness center so they had a couple of speakers talk about stress management and ways to relieve stress. there was one woman who said therapy may  also be a great way to relieve stress and mentioned the counseling center at baruch. i think this was a good workshop overall, not only because it was easy, but also because it was a workshop on something that happens to everyone, almost on a daily basis. i would definitely recommend it to a friend as well.
