I attended the club fair on september 24,2009. This workshop was classified under student life and was used to show all of Baruch’s clubs to the freshman students. When I first arrived I was almost overwhelmed by the amounts of groups to choose from and the number of people attending. I thought this was a good chance though for me to become more involved at school. This took me out of my comfort zone because i was never really involved at my high school. I figured that this was a good chance for me to change and join a group. The one that really caught my eye was the hip hop group. I am going to look more into it and most likely join. I’d recommend this workshop to all the freshman since it is such an easy opportunity to become involved. I learned that becoming involved with your school is a great thing to do and allows you to meet new people.
