Library Workshop

I went to the library workshop for academic enrichment on September 17 and forgot to blog about it. So I amĀ  blogging it now before I forget about it entirely. The workshop was designed to help students know more about the resources the Newman Library provides. We are given an overview of how to find and borrow books, how we can get our IDs certified, the ask a librarian function , and so on. I wouldn’t say the workshop took me out of my comfort zone and I chose it so I can learn a bit more about the library. The workshop accomplished that and I felt like I am a bit more comfortable with the library. I would recommend this workshop for those who want a brief overview of the library, but if they want to go more in depth, they should probably go to teh specialized workshops like database.
