Career Planning Impression Management-Workshop 2

On November 13, 2009 I attended a workshop about the importance of making a good first impression, hosted by the Development Center. The workshop mostly just reinforced the things that you are constantly told about a job interview. We were reminded that appearances and attire matter just as much as your mannerism on a job interview.  The presenter gave numerous examples of how different actions give off different impressions of a person’s personality. Overall, the presentation went well and did not really seem like it was 2 hours long.
