Mishkin Gallery

In order to fulfill the Arts at Baruch requirement, I attended a  tour at the Sidney Mishkin Gallery located at 135 and 22nd st. At first, since there was such a huge line of students, we had to wait for almost an hour to get in. Once we got in, the tour was very quick. In order to get everybody in and out quickly, we were spit up into small groups and were brought on seperate tours. Although it was hard to see and actually observe anything peacefully, I didnt get much out of this workshop. All I realy found out, as the tour guide told us, is that all of the paintings and pictures were donated to Baruch College buy photographers and other wealthy people. Overall, I wasn’t able to enjoy this workshop, so I might go back on my own time.
