Arts at Baruch

For arts at Baruch, I went to a gallery tour in the Mishkin Building. The line was very long, as it was the last tour being held. It took me about 30 minutes or so to get inside. When I did get in, the tour guide began explaining about what the pictures were about. Most of the things on display were photographs that were donated to the school. They were of simple things, like a child playing with a horse, and four crows sitting on a fence. They were well taken photos. I myself am not very interested in the arts, but one picture in particular stood out to me. It was of four bodies lying on the floor naked, to make the image of a desert. This surprised me, as I have never seen that kind of visual effect before. The tour was well done, although I must say the guide was quite monotone.
