stress and anxiety

I’m not a very stressed out person. I feel like I handle tough situations very well. Albeit, there are times when I bite my fist in frustration but usually thats only when my blood sugar is low ;D  I thought this would be helpful because I sometimes in my fist-biting fury I do get stressed. Also, it is very common for students in college to be stressed in general. The seminar informed us of different ways to reduce stress. However, peronally i thought the tactics were somewhat odd? Somethings were helpful, but I wasn’t ecstatic about the seminar overall.
