Blogging about workshop!!!

Wow. I have not been to this blog site for a very long time. It took me forever to find out what I had blogged about and what I did not. Wells, today I am blogging about a workshop that I attended on 10/13/2009 at 12:30 pm at Vertical Campus 1-107. Basically, there was a lot of tables set up by people in different activities or by people who are responsible for the different sections at Baruch. I think this workshop was the most informative and helpful workshop that I have been to so far other than the club fair. I was able to learn more about going to study abroad at other countries which is an option that I would like to explore. I also got to know exactly the amount of my finanical aid was at Baruch. In addition, I learned about the tutoring center and the writing center. Overall, I got most of my questions that I had for Baruch answered. The funny thing was that we had this card we needed to get hole punched and there were a million hole punchers just lying around. But I did not take a hole puncher because I actually had quetsions I needed to have answered. I just remembered that there was this one lady, however, who refused to punch my card because I did not have a question for her. I had no questions because I simily did not have a question and she made me stand there looking at her for ten minutes after she finished talking. I understand that we only needed 10 holes to be punched but I went to every table because I wanted to get information about every aspect of Baruch. And I had the 10 holes already but after listening to her and I do not have any quetsions I expected my paper to be punched a hole. And when I thought of just leaving because I came to a point where I did not care, she decided to punch a hole. Besides that one lady, I would say that this workshop was overall very fun and helpful to me. However, I still do have questions, such as I not know how to register for classes for the next semister which is kind of confusing? And I know we were suppose to recieve a mail on this but I have yet to recieve anything. What is happening? Anyway, thanks for reading.
