On Thursday, 9/24/09, I attended the Club Fair 2009 for Student Life.
Oh man… I thought the line for Academic Advisement was long, but this definitely topped that off. The line to get swiped in was so long that couldn’t even be defined as a line… more like an angry mob xD. I’m going to come to the conclusion that Baruch is not really good with the organization with lines. Moreover, as for the fair, the clubs were very well prepared in trying to recruit along with the fraternities/sororities. The club I attended prior to this event was FUSION, a culture club for Filipinos and anyone who is interested. They showed very welcoming open arms to my presence and even fed me some good food. The highlight of the event must have been the dance circle. I wish I still had time to dance, but at least my friends were apart of it. I’m even in the video for the club fair !
One of my good friends who was part of the club:

Halfway Airchair (Side-stab)

"Hollow-back"
I started break-dancing in 9th grade, but as my session partners got older it was hard to get together so I didn’t really keep up with my breaking, rather more emphasis on hiphop and ballroom. Jeremy (2nd Picture) was a big part in my interest in pop-and-lock. He’s been dancing for quite some time now and I’m happy to see he still sticks with it. Hopefully I can start up again now that I’m in the same school as Jeremy.
Here’s a picture of me in the Ritz Carlton Puerto Rico 2009

yo steve!
I didn’t know you breaked (or broke? I don’t know the past tense). I kinda started breaking like last year, but I need major practice. I can do the basic freeze and an ok top-rock, but I gotta work on power moves and floor work. We should get together sometime so you can teach me! =)
