K. Johnson- A Doll’s House

It turns out I forgot to blog about my Arts at Baruch workshop- my most favorite one! On November 5, 2009 I went to a reading of a play in the Engelman Recital Hall called A Doll’s House. It was something that fufilled my Arts at Baruch workshop credit and I honestly just wanted to go anywhere. Yet, theĀ reading wasn’t all too bad and it was definately better than all the other stuff I went to. The other workshops were very straight forward, but the play gave us a chance to see a performance by adults around our age. There were a few amusing moments and overall a good performance. I also learned that Baruch students get a CRAZY discount on tickets to events. So I suggest a lot of you go out and explore Manhattan with all it has to offer. As a block, we should definately figure out a night to go see a play or concert or something- at a price so cheap, who would want to pass thatĀ up?
