Stress and Anxiety

Today, november 10th, i attended the stress and anxiety workshop in the vertical campus. The workshop was about dealing with stress and anxiaty, pretty obvious… The speaker gave us different meditation methods and let us listen to a meditation CD. It was really long and drawn out. It put a lot of people to sleep, although that might have been the point. They also gave us a paper, with vertical columns, that they suggest I fill out when ever I am stressed about speaking to someone. Interesting.

 Well im unfortunately done with workshops and blogging. Im ready to explore baruch, well prepared and more informed than when I first came! I feel greattt
