mediating conflicts in personal enrichment workshop

i guess the workshop was useful. the professor guided us through a couple of examples demonstrating how we go to the office and tell them our problems in Baruch. she gave us templates for each group to present which gave me some info on where i would go next time i have difficulty with a professor or school in general.
