1) What are some of the differences you’ve noticed between HS and College
The major difference between High School and College is the fact that I don’t have see my professors more than twice a week. Sometimes, I might see them for two days straight, only if I have to follow a monday schedule on a tuesday. I have more stress because I have to force myself to study on my own and I usually don’t see the same group of people in all my classes. Some of my classes might have the upperclassmen or they might just be people in my block. In high school, all my classes were short less than 45 mins, but in college most of the classes are more than an hr long.
2) Name one good/bad/funny or embarrassing experience that happened to you during your first few weeks
During my first few weeks of school, I forgot that I didn’t have FRO till 9:05 and went to school extra early to make sure that I was on time. Instead, I was walking around the school till it was 9:05. But I had extra time to catch up on my studies, so that worked out of me.
3) Something that you’d like to complain about (example: the escalators are never working).
If there is something I have to complain about is my boring professors. I have to drink coffee in both english and math everyday just to stay awake in those classes. It’s hard to concentrate when the professors are boring or when they tried too hard to make us focus. I guess this is my only complaint since I’m fine with the escalators never working.
