Global / Community Awareness

Last tuesday , Sep.22, I went to a workshop that talked about  Community-Global awareness. We learned about the First Latina Supreme Court Justice, sonia sotomayor  and how America has taken a radical shift. They talked about how female and colored people’s authority among this society have changed as time went by.  They discribed how colored people treated 40 years ago, and how woman had no right to work or educate many years ago. Now, there’s no more racism allowed in 21th century and woman do work. Racism is prohibited, but still , in small part, it exists. I think it is the problem that have an answer but don’t know how to solve it.
