A Doll’s House

Last week, I attended a play called “A Doll’s House” which is my Arts at Baruch workshop. To be honest, it wasn’t much of a play, but rather a staged reading. There were no decorations or costumes or anything; actors just read the script out loud. What impressed me were their voice projection and the ability to play scenes realistically without any props at all. I found the actual play or rather its storyline very boring. It had three acts, all in the same setting with a very repetitive dialogue. I liked the fact that actors decided to stay after their staged reading to answer audience’s questions, which as it turned out, people had very many of.
