On October 13 in room 3-215, I attended the Impression Management workshop. Ms. Klein talked to us about how important a first impression is. Not only is our appearance crucial but also our attitude before and during an interview. She explained that we must clean up our facebook and any other other social network we have because it is so easy to find dirt on people through those sites. The importance of punctuality and communication when it comes to finding a job. Her points were all something I’m familiar with but it was nice to go through them in detail to understand that I have to start from now so that when the time comes, I’m prepared and ready to go.
