I attended a personal enrichment workshop about stress and anxiety. It tried to explain to us how to decrease our stress and anxiety. We went through a little meditation to help relax us and I really enjoyed it. We also went through something called introspection which is when you describe something to the fullest. They had us fully describe a raisin. It was quite interesting. I enjoyed the workshop and hope to use what I learned in this workshop to help me if I’m ever stressed in the future.
