Stress and Anxiety Workshop

Finally there was a personal enrichment workshop that i could attend and it wasn’t full. the workshop itself was about stress and anxiety and how to decrease it and how to make it better. I enjoyed the workshop though, the two speakers seemed to be very shy and reserved and not ready to speak to a big crowd. Another thing was that they did a demonstration with holding raisins and describing them. it was very similar to what i had done in psychology with an m&m and its called introspection where you describe it fully and what not. I enjoyed this workshop and hope that when i become stressed during finals and having to write many many papers i will use the techniques they described.
