On September 17, I attended the Study Abroad Fair. At the fair, I was excited to see all of the different schools which are available to Baruch students that provide us with a wonderful variety of programs, countries, and opportunities to expand our college experience. Baruch offers many different options to study abroad; study a semester, a year, student exchange where you live with a family abroad or live at a dorm. All of these wonderful choices which can even turn out to be quite affordable. For example SUNY New Paltz offers a wonderful program which combines both enriching classes and and the ability to provide community service in Kingston, Jamaica. The Study Abroad Fair was of great interest to me and luckily I was exposed to all the information I need to pursue my plans of studying abroad. I am already researching the many options and searching for the perfect fit for me. I can not wait to begin the application process.
