On Thursday, October 8, 2009, I attended the Managing Relationships workshop. This is a personal enrichment workshop which took place in room NVC 1-107 from 12-30-2pm. The title says it all on this one, the workshop literally showed us how to manage relationships. The proctor spoke about the various kinds of relationships one will face in life and how to deal with each one. We were then asked to walk around the room and introduce ourselves to about 5 new faces. This was, in my opinion, the most critical part of this workshop because it forced us to reach out of our typical comfort zones. This can be really helpful in life, especially in the business world. We also discussed how to manage our time with these different relationships and our busy life. In conclusion, this workshop was extremely valuable and I recommend it to everyone.
