On Thursday, December 3rd, 2009, I was feeling stressed. I had only one workshop left to go and none of them were conveniently timed. On my way out of the building, there happened to be a student conveniently standing there telling everybody to attend a stress relief workshop that was going to happen in mere minutes. I rushed over to the workshop and sat down. They discussed how with finals week coming up, everybody was stressed out and everybody, including myself agreed. They asked us how we dealt with stress and all the usual answers, plus a few funny and odd ones, and then we did some stress relieving activities. They did breathing exercises, and silly, but fun little games. I left the workshop feeling relaxed and thinking that of all the workshops, this was probably the least educational but the most fun.
