The following are the enrichment workshops being offered until Friday September 18th. The area of focus for the workshops will be highlighted as they are listed. If you are planning to attend any this week please make sure that you have your student passport stamped/signed. - STUDY ABROAD FAIR. Have you ever thought about how to give yourself a competitive edge in today’s globalized economy? Have you ever wondered how life is like around the world? Do people in different countries share the same interests as you do? If you have ever contemplated these questions, you should come by our Study Abroad Fair on Thurs., Sept. 17, Noon — 3 PM, NVC 1-107. Representatives from CUNY, SUNY, and other Study Abroad providers will be available to help you learn more about their different Study Abroad programs and how you can spend a semester, a year, the January intersession or a summer studying at a university or similar educational institution in another country. You will also be able to speak to students from our exchange partners as well as Baruch students who have studied as exchange student. (Area of Focus:Community/Global Awareness)
- The ROBERT ZICKLIN CENTER FOR CORPORATE INTEGRITY is sponsoring a CONSTITUTION DAY STUDENT LUNCHEON: Is our Justice System for Sale? on Thurs., Sept. 17, 12:30 PM, Room 750, 151 E. 25th St. Join Baruch College Professor David Rosenberg and the Center for Political Accountability‚s Karl Sandstrom for lunch and a candid discussion of corporate contributions in judicial elections.
