Freshman reception was on the 17th sept and it was total CHAOS!! I came out of the elevator on the 5th floor to be greeted my a massive crowd of freshmen trying to get into this reception as well. I didnt expect such a huge crowd since I received an invitation in the mail and realised that no everybody got that same invite.
I initially thought that this reception would be a bit more organized where a group of us would be in a theatre style room and maybe hear a little bit from our counselors about chosing courses for our second semester. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! I’m still not sure what was the purpose of us being there. It was nice that one of the counselors walked around appologizing for the confusion since they were not catering for such a huge crowd. Hopefully we get a re-do for that one…
